Starting as soon as possible, you’ll have the flexibility to work at least two days per week, supporting students’ communication skills and academic success.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience providing teletherapy services, especially within school settings
- Background working with pediatric populations and familiarity with IEPs
- Strong communication and technology skills to facilitate virtual sessions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and support staff
- Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to a dynamic remote work environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments via telepractice
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver therapy sessions that address students’ communication goals
- Maintain detailed session documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and consult regularly with multidisciplinary teams
- Offer training and support to staff and families regarding students’ needs
- Stay current with best practices in teletherapy and pediatric speech-language services
