Exciting opportunities exist for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to make an impact throughout the Jackson County and Roseburg areas for the 2026-2027 school year! This contract role offers full-time hours (40 hours weekly) with a variety of caseloads—including a confirmed Early Childhood Special Education caseload (ages 3-5)—and the chance to work alongside energetic, passionate professionals. Supervision of SLPAs (with caseload adjustments) and support from dedicated speech department instructional assistants are all part of your dynamic workweek. Services are focused on IFSP participation using a consultation model, and approximately 20% of your students will be Spanish speakers.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Oregon SLP license (CCC-SLP or CFY welcome)
  • Experience in school-based, pediatric, or early childhood settings preferred
  • Able to supervise SLPAs as needed; collaborative and flexible attitude
  • Culturally responsive care, particularly for bilingual student populations

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative SLP services (primarily in a push-in model)
  • Manage caseloads ranging from 35 to 65 students
  • Participate in IFSP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Supervise and support SLPAs if assigned
  • Work with instructional assistants, especially in bilingual service delivery
