Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
- Experience supporting pediatric or medically fragile populations preferred
- Strong communication, patience, and adaptability for a home-based learning environment
- Ability to collaborate with families and educational teams for comprehensive care
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and effective speech-language sessions four times per week, each session lasting 30 minutes
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized therapy goals aligned with the student’s needs and abilities
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates and strategies to caregivers
- Maintain accurate records, session notes, and communication
- Foster a positive, supportive environment to encourage confidence and growth
