We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our school team in Syracuse, NY. We currently have seven openings available, providing an excellent opportunity to support K-12 students while working within a collaborative and supportive educational environment.
Position Details
Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Syracuse, NY
Openings: 7
Caseload: K-12 students
Schedule: Full-time or part-time
Compensation: $50+ per hour

Responsibilities
Provide speech and language services to students across the K-12 population.
Conduct assessments and develop appropriate treatment goals and plans.
Provide individual and/or group therapy based on student needs.
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and other related service providers.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student IEPs.
Monitor student progress and adjust services as appropriate.
Support students in achieving their communication and educational goals.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
Valid New York State SLP license required.
TSSLD (Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities) certification required.
Previous school-based experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively with K-12 students and multidisciplinary school teams.
Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered services.
