You’ll be serving a medically fragile 5th grader as their sole SLP, providing services in a home setting with a schedule of four 30-minute sessions per week. Requirements:

  • Valid State Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility for New York)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • CCC-SLP or strong CFY candidates considered
  • Experience in pediatric or school settings preferred
  • Comfortable providing care for medically fragile students, especially in-home
  • Effective communicator with families and interdisciplinary teams

Key Duties:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to one 5th grade student in their home
  • Conduct four 30-minute sessions weekly
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation in line with district standards
  • Collaborate with guardians and healthcare providers for continuity of care
