Key qualifications and experience desired:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist—open to CFY and CCC-SLP credentials
- Previous experience in a school, pediatric healthcare, or teletherapy setting
- Deep knowledge of evidence-based assessment and intervention for speech and language disorders in children
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using digital tools for documentation and remote services, when applicable
- Collaborative approach to work with educational staff, families, and administration
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech-language services
- Deliver direct therapy services tailored to each child’s needs
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure holistic support
- Document student progress and participate in meetings to review and refine plans
- Stay current on best practices in school-based speech-language pathology
