Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility) required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; will consider Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings highly valued
- Skills in teletherapy and special education collaboration advantageous
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students ages PreK-12th grade, addressing speech, language, social communication, and swallowing disorders
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to ensure learning and developmental goals are met
- Utilize both in-person and teletherapy approaches, as needed
- Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings
