Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Baldwinsville, New York

This contract position allows you to make a meaningful impact on student growth and communication skills in a supportive school setting, with positions available on both the north and south sides of the greater Syracuse area.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) warmly considered.
- Experience in K-12 pediatrics, school-based, or healthcare SLP roles strongly valued.
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and a passion for technology-enabled learning welcomed.
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized student care.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to students with communication disorders, both in-person and virtually.
- Conduct screenings, evaluate students, and develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state standards.
- Consult with staff and families on strategies to facilitate communication and participation across school environments.
