Middle School Certified School Speech and Language Pathologist | Littleton, Colorado

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligible
- Experience supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families
- Ability to design and adapt Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and therapeutic interventions
- Commitment to cultural sensitivity and educational equity
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities through comprehensive assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in both group and one-on-one settings
- Collaborate with educators, counselors, and family members to support student progress and access to curriculum
- Maintain accurate documentation of student performance, ongoing progress, and compliance requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input for student success
- Offer support, consultation, and training to school staff as needed
