Elementary Certified School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Littleton, Colorado

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist certification and license
- Previous experience working with K-12 school populations strongly preferred
- Skilled at delivering targeted speech and language interventions, including both individual and group sessions
- Proficient in maintaining accurate records and progress documentation
- Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with parents, teachers, and administrators
- Flexible and adaptable to support students across elementary, middle, and high school settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with IEP teams
- Deliver evidence-based therapy in both pull-out and classroom-based models
- Monitor and document student progress in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
- Consult with multidisciplinary teams to provide recommendations and effective strategies for student success
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and support initiatives to contribute to a positive learning environment
