Licensed Certified School Speech Language Pathologist - Aurora, Colorado

Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure and ASHA certification required
- Experience providing SLP services in school settings (elementary, middle, or high school)
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with students from diverse backgrounds and varying skill levels
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students’ speech and language disorders across multiple grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to promote student success
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Provide direct and consultative SLP services on caseload
