Qualifications & Desired Experience:

- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver direct, evidence-based therapy

- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, communication, or related disorders
- Design and deliver individualized and group treatment plans based on student goals
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings with multidisciplinary teams
- Offer consultation and resources to teachers, parents, and support staff to promote positive outcomes
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet the needs of students at different developmental levels
