Qualifications & Experience:
- Holds active certification and state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in a school setting and comfortable supporting a range of grade levels
- Well-versed in current best practices for assessment and intervention
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Organized and adaptable, able to manage a diverse caseload
- Experience with IEP processes and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate therapy into students’ educational plans
- Document student progress and maintain necessary records
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations
- Provide direct speech/language therapy to students across elementary, middle, and high school
