Desired Qualifications:
- Active and current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certification relevant to providing school-based SLP services
- Experience or strong interest working with elementary, middle, and high school students
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop effective treatment plans and adapt to a diverse student population
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and small group settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
- Monitor, evaluate, and document student development and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development
