Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Littleton, CO

A strong command of both English and Spanish is crucial in this role—bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are required to best support the school community. Only onsite work is available, so a confident, in-person presence is key. Candidates must have an active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license prior to their start date. While previous experience in school settings is preferred, clinicians holding their CCCs as well as Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or in-progress (prior to start) Colorado Department of Education SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or open to post-graduate Clinical Fellows
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Ability to work onsite and travel between multiple campuses
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all district and federal requirements
- Adjust interventions to meet diverse student needs
