What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license or eligibility for licensure prior to start
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a must
- Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Comfort with an itinerant role: travel between multiple school sites as assigned
- Openness to mentoring Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcomed
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students onsite
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports per state and school policies
- Engage actively in IEP meetings and consultation processes across various campuses
