Key Qualifications:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required to serve a diverse student population
- Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) licensure must be secured prior to the start date
- Previous experience within a school setting is highly preferred
- Enthusiasm for mentoring and collaborating with Clinical Fellows is appreciated
- Willingness and ability to travel between multiple school sites as an itinerant clinician
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services onsite to students across various grade levels in alignment with educational goals and IEPs
- Assess, diagnose, and implement tailored treatment plans for children with a broad range of speech and language needs
- Document progress and maintain detailed records consistent with state and school district requirements
- Consult with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for students
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative strategies for student growth
- Travel across school locations to deliver consistent and high-quality SLP services
