What we’re looking for:
- Valid Georgia SLP License or GaPSC Certification (either one required to start; both ultimately needed)
- Open to SLAs (Speech-Language Associates) certified through GaPSC
- CCC or Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates welcome
- Previous school-based experience is highly valued
- Passion for working with elementary-aged children
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services onsite to elementary students
- Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop student-centered IEP goals
- Implement individualized and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student success
- Participate in team meetings, IEPs, and school events as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and ongoing progress tracking
Role specifics:
- Full-time contract: 37.5 hours per week
- Start as soon as possible, continuing through late May 2027
- Onsite only; teletherapy is not available for this position
