What You’ll Need:
- Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- SLP-CCC certification required.
- Background in school-based SLP settings.
- Preferred experience: elementary (K–5) caseloads OR specialized/low-incidence K–12 populations.
- Skilled at conducting evaluations, developing IEPs, and providing direct therapy.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech therapy to assigned caseload.
- Conduct assessments and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEP goals.
- Implement adaptive communication strategies (as needed).
- Ensure student progress through individualized interventions.
- Communicate effectively with staff, families, and caregivers.
