Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Virginia SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) and SLPAs encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language assessments
- Develop and administer individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and student support sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
