What you’ll do:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for a diverse caseload
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and targeted treatment strategies
- Provide both direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in school settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to all state and district compliance standards
- Participate actively in IEP and student support meetings
We’re looking for:
- A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Virginia SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Candidates demonstrating excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
