- NC DPI Special Service Personnel – School SLP Credential (must be current)
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates as well as experienced SLPs/SLPAs
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress
- Document and communicate student performance and treatment outcomes in compliance with district and state standards
- Support students across a variety of needs, including articulation, fluency, voice, and language
- Participate in IEP meetings and serve as a professional resource to the school community
