Ideal candidates bring expertise in speech-language pathology within both healthcare and school environments. Whether you're an SLP-CCC, a Clinical Fellow (CFY), or a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), your pediatric and school-based experience will be highly valued. This role focuses on in-person instruction, supporting a diverse caseload without virtual or voco delivery.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (or SLPA certification where applicable)
- Active state licensure or eligibility as an SLP or SLPA
- ASHA CCCs (highly preferred), or current Clinical Fellow status
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and K-12 school settings
- Proficiency collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes, assessments, and goal writing
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and assessments for K-12 students with a range of communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
- Monitor and document student progress, ensuring compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and contribute professional expertise
- Support inclusive and engaging learning environments
