Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Swanton, Vermont

Your skills with school-based SLP (Speech-Language Pathology), SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, SLP Pediatrics, SLP Teletherapy (on-site only), and experience as an SLPA in either schools or healthcare settings will serve you well. If you’re a dedicated Special Education Teacher, this K-12 caseload encourages professional growth and close collaboration with an engaging multidisciplinary team—all as you inspire and support students throughout their educational journeys.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Special Education (or related field)
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure in appropriate discipline
- CCC-SLP, CFY, and SLPAs with relevant experience are all encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings a plus
- Strong communication, rapport-building, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language or special education services to a diverse K–12 student population
- Develop, implement, and track Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Provide classroom support and collaborate with teachers, families, and related service professionals
- Progress monitor and maintain accurate documentation on student goals
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings involving therapy planning and interventions
