Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Johnson, VT

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active credentials in one or more of the following: SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, SLPA
- Prior work with pediatric and school-age populations, preferably K-12
- Previous school-based SLP or SLPA experience is essential
- Understanding of IEP development, documentation, and therapy planning
- Background in Special Education strongly preferred
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to students in a K-12 school environment, addressing speech, language, and communication needs
- Participate in assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring
- Maintain required documentation and support IEP compliance
- Work closely with Special Education teachers to foster student success
- Contribute expertise to school teams to ensure holistic student support
