Qualifications:
- Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certification (CF or CCC's)
- Active and valid state SLP licensure
- Pediatric and/or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to students’ needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student progress
- Document and maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatments, and communications
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
- Provide support and education to staff and families regarding communication strategies
