Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience in pediatric and school-based settings strongly preferred
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and compassion in working with diverse student populations
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with staff, students, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric students with speech, language, voice, or communication disorders
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions both individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other school professionals to support student progress
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records according to state and district guidelines
- Communicate effectively with families regarding progress and strategies for support
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations for student success
