What You’ll Bring:
- Current licensure or eligibility to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with pediatric and/or school-based caseloads
- Strong ability to assess, diagnose, and treat various speech, language, and communication disorders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working onsite and in a school setting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Work closely with teachers and families to support each student’s unique communication goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team planning
