As you collaborate with different teams, you’ll gain exposure to a variety of educational methodologies and leadership styles, fostering both personal and professional growth and ensuring your resume stands out.

In this role, you’ll work the full 2026-2027 school year (8/12/26-6/11/27), supporting up to 35 students each, for 35-37.5 hours per week. The district welcomes both seasoned clinicians and Clinical Fellows, with supervision provided—making this an ideal spot to hone your skills or mentor others. Flexible caseloads are tailored during your interview, letting you shape your daily experience.

Qualifications:

  • Hold SLP-CCC or be completing Clinical Fellowship (SLPA not considered)
  • North Carolina SLP licensure required
  • Experience with students with Autism (AU) and low cognitive disabilities strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse student caseload
  • Develop and implement IEPs alongside interdisciplinary teams
  • Monitor, document, and report on student progress
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and district leadership
  • Participate in professional development and adapt evidence-based practices
