Qualifications & Experience
- Current Idaho Speech-Language Pathologist License required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA-CCC) mandatory
- Experience with K-12 populations preferred, but all inspired SLPs encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload across multiple school sites
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students in grades K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet each student's needs
- Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to help students succeed
- Participate in student intervention teams, IEP meetings, and professional development activities
