Key Qualifications:
- Valid Idaho SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience or confidence working with K-12 school-aged children
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage diverse caseloads and adapt to varying student needs
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students throughout the district, supporting both individual and group needs
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify communication disorders and develop tailored treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and parent/teacher consultations
- Document interventions, maintain records, and track student progress in compliance with district and state requirements
- Collaborate with faculty, support staff, and families to foster an inclusive, communicative learning environment
