Key Qualifications:
- Current Idaho SLP license

Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-12 students across the district
- Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized assessment tools
- Develop and implement tailored, evidence-based treatment plans to meet individualized education goals (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and coordination with school staff and parents
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and administrators to support students’ academic and social-emotional success
- Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and ongoing professional learning
