Desired Qualifications:
- Current Idaho SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience with K-12 students is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive, student-centered therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and articulation evaluations and therapy for students across the district
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, goals, progress, and compliance
- Support teachers, staff, and families through consultation and training on communication strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student success
- Stay current with best practices in school-based speech-language pathology
