Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP in Pennsylvania
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Experience with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and work within multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Provide both direct and virtual speech therapy services, as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to monitor student progress and recommend adjustments
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and any required school functions
- Adapt services for diverse student needs, ensuring inclusive and equitable access
