School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Windsor, California

This full-time, onsite contract position supports 9th–12th graders, allowing you to make a meaningful difference in their academic and social development. You’ll work closely with a team of dedicated educators and staff to assess, diagnose, and implement individualized therapy plans for students, fostering communication skills vital for their success.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working in a school-based setting, particularly at the high school level
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Able to work onsite, providing direct student services
- SLPA supervision is not required for this role
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for students in grades 9-12
- Deliver direct therapy services, monitor progress, and document outcomes
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decisions regarding student goals
- Maintain accurate and timely records in alignment with school district requirements
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
