Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist in Philadelphia, PA

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Current or pending SLP license in Pennsylvania
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; SLP-CFY candidates welcomed
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school-based speech therapy
- Proficiency in healthcare documentation standards
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver engaging speech therapy sessions in both individual and group formats, on site or virtually
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school psychologists, special educators, and families to develop effective intervention strategies
- Monitor student progress and maintain meticulous, timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Offer guidance and resources to school staff and parents to support speech and language development
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development opportunities, and ongoing team collaboration
