This contract opportunity is based onsite for 35 hours per week, providing speech and language services across an entire building from August through late May. Qualifications:

  • Active Pennsylvania SLP Certification required
  • Valid state teaching certification must be provided with your resume
  • Previous experience working with children or school-based populations is preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities
  • Skilled in evaluating, diagnosing, and implementing individualized therapy plans
  • Organized and flexible, with a commitment to student growth

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students with diverse needs
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families on speech and language interventions
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and support multidisciplinary teams
