Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania SLP Certification required
- Valid state teaching certification must be provided with your resume
- Previous experience working with children or school-based populations is preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Skilled in evaluating, diagnosing, and implementing individualized therapy plans
- Organized and flexible, with a commitment to student growth
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students with diverse needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families on speech and language interventions
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and support multidisciplinary teams
