What You'll Bring:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Pennsylvania State License
- Fluency in English and Spanish (strongly preferred)
- Experience with executive functioning, social learning, and selective mutism (preferred)
- Familiarity with IEPWriter and Synergy platforms (ideal)
- Previous experience working with K-6 students, including dual-diagnosis populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 25-30 K-6 students, primarily speech-only
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Deliver engaging, culturally responsive therapy services in both English and Spanish
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
- Schedule: Two days per week (preferably Tuesday and Thursday), 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
