Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and PA State License required
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Prior experience with executive functioning, social learning, and selective mutism is a plus
- Skilled with IEPWriter and Synergy systems is highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to K-6 students (caseload: 25-30, primarily speech-only with some dual diagnosis)
- Conduct assessments, create Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other providers
- Deliver targeted instruction 2 days per week—ideally Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM (instruction from 8:30 AM–3:00 PM)
