Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP license with CCC and state credentials for school-based settings
- Previous experience in elementary and/or middle school caseloads encouraged
- Strong assessment, IEP development, and communication skills
- Enthusiastic, collaborative approach to student services
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve one of the following caseloads:
• SLP 1: 1 elementary school and 1 middle school, Caseload 45-55
• SLP 2: 2 middle schools, Caseload 45-55 - Deliver speech and language therapy onsite, supporting students in educational success
- Assess, plan, and implement targeted interventions based on IEPs
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families
- Maintain clear documentation and participate in team meetings
