Qualifications:
- Hold an active Massachusetts SLP license (required)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Experience with school-based caseloads or pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insights and recommendations
- Provide consultation and resources to staff and parents as needed
