School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Florence, Massachusetts

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid SLP license in Massachusetts (MA SLP license required)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Prior experience in school settings or working with K-12 students is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt therapy plans for a variety of needs and age groups
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Deliver direct therapy services within the school setting (individual and group)
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in line with district and state requirements
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to support each student’s success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
