Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, communication, or swallowing disorders
- Deliver direct therapy sessions and regularly monitor progress toward IEP goals
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the IEP process
- Maintain accurate records of student assessments, progress notes, and service logs
- Provide consultation and support to teachers and families to maximize student success
- Adapt services and materials to meet the diverse needs of a K-12 caseload
