Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Massachusetts SLP license is required
- Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not mandatory

- Strong skills in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students in individual and group settings
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to facilitate effective communication strategies in the classroom
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in adherence with school policies and compliance guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans as needed
