Speech Language Pathologist in Nantucket, MA

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and implement therapeutic interventions for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver direct and consultative services, both individually and in groups
- Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment
