Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Massachusetts SLP license (required)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes and K-12 student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students across K-12 caseloads, adapting interventions to diverse individual needs
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings and parent conferences as needed
- Offer guidance and resources to staff and families to foster positive communication outcomes
