Speech-Language Pathologist in Bonita Springs, FL

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Florida teaching certification and/or an active FL DOH SLP license
- Experience working in school settings and with K-12 students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to an itinerant role and manage a caseload across multiple school sites
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and screenings to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop, implement, and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver both individual and group therapy in accordance with school schedules
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Regularly document student outcomes, maintain accurate records, and share updates in a timely manner
- Provide recommendations for classroom accommodations and strategies to enhance participation
