Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid Florida Department of Health SLP license or Florida teacher certification
- Experience with school-aged populations preferred
- Ability to adapt to varied caseloads across elementary, middle, and high schools
- Up-to-date with Florida fingerprinting requirements (transferable JLA badge from other districts is acceptable with verification)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive assessment and therapy to students with diverse speech and language needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other related service professionals
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and professional development
