Speech Language Pathologist in Lebanon, OR

Essential Qualifications:
- Active Oregon Speech Language Pathologist license
- ASHA Certification (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- School-based SLP experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored speech and language interventions to a diverse K-12 student population
- Manage a caseload of approximately 55 students across 2-3 school sites (part-time option: caseload of 25-28 students, 2.5-3 days/week)
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and document progress
- Work closely with faculty, administration, and families to promote student growth
- Maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
- Enjoy a flexible, school-based schedule—Monday to Friday, school hours only, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
