Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, strong CFs considered
- Experience or strong interest in early childhood assessment/intervention
- Familiarity with both individual and small-group therapy
- Excellent communication and family collaboration skills
- Ability to provide services across multiple sites as needed
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assess speech, language, and communication needs of children ages birth-3 or 3-5
- Develop individualized intervention plans in accordance with IFSPs or IEPs
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services in classroom and natural environments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, caregivers, and educators
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
- Travel between assigned schools or community sites within specified counties
