Multiple full-time contract roles are open, working with either birth-3 years or 3-5 year-old children. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, strong CFs considered
  • Experience or strong interest in early childhood assessment/intervention
  • Familiarity with both individual and small-group therapy
  • Excellent communication and family collaboration skills
  • Ability to provide services across multiple sites as needed

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Assess speech, language, and communication needs of children ages birth-3 or 3-5
  • Develop individualized intervention plans in accordance with IFSPs or IEPs
  • Deliver direct therapy and consultative services in classroom and natural environments
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, caregivers, and educators
  • Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
  • Travel between assigned schools or community sites within specified counties
