Speech and Language Pathologist in Silverton, OR

Openings include:
- Birth-3 Years: Full-time positions, 190-day contract, July 6, 2026–June 11, 2027, across Salem and South Marion County.
- 3-5 Year Olds: Full-time positions, 190-day contract, August 21, 2026–June 9, 2027, in Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP licensure for the state (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience working with early childhood populations preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with families, educators, and support teams
- Enthusiasm for providing individual and group therapy, assessments, and consultations
- Flexibility, positive attitude, and passion for child development
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including setting measurable goals
- Deliver direct therapy services in schools, homes, or community settings
- Consult and collaborate closely with teachers, caregivers, and other professionals
- Maintain appropriate records, progress reports, and documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and family conferences to support student progress
