Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Santa Maria, CA

What we’re looking for:
- Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California SLP license or CA CTC credential
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience in school-based settings or pediatric populations
- Background in IEP processes, direct and indirect services, and evaluations
- Comfort working with varied disabilities and age groups
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and provide direct/indirect therapy services
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to plan development
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
