What We’re Looking For:
- Must have an active SLP license for Massachusetts
- Holds Massachusetts Department of Education SLP certification
- Earned Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in a school-based or educational setting highly valued
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Commitment to onsite work for the entire assignment (no remote or VOCO options)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to ensure student success
- Maintain thorough progress reports and session documentation in compliance with school and state standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the multidisciplinary team
- Support a positive learning environment while empowering students to maximize their potential
