Speech Language Pathologist in Lawrence, KS

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license for the state of Kansas (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
- Experience in educational settings or with school-age populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
- Highly adaptable, able to travel between school sites as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic services to students onsite
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
- Document progress and maintain accurate compliance records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
